I. Booking & Payment

1. Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of NT$500 is required to secure your session. Booking is only confirmed upon receipt and verification of the payment.

2. Final Payment: The remaining balance (including any on-site overtime fees) must be settled via bank transfer or cash at the end of the shooting session.

3. Unpaid Balance: The photographer reserves the right to withhold post-processing and the delivery of files until the full balance is cleared.
    

II. Time Management & Overtime Policy

1. Start Time: The session duration is calculated from the pre-arranged appointment time, not the actual start time.

2. Lateness: If the client is late due to personal reasons, the session time will not be extended. Any extension to fulfill the original duration will be charged according to the "Overtime Fee" rates.

3. Overtime Fee: Overtime is charged at NT$500 per 30 minutes (fractions of 30 minutes will be rounded up).Extensions are subject to the photographer’s schedule; we reserve the right to decline overtime requests.
    

III. Post-Processing & Retouching

1. Scope of Retouching: Standard retouching includes skin blemish removal (acne, dark circles, obvious scars),minor object removal, and lighting/color adjustments. Body or face reshaping (e.g., thinning) is not included.

2. Aesthetic Subjectivity: Composition and color grading are based on the photographer’s professional style as showcased in the portfolio. Requests for free reshoots or re-grading based on "subjective preference" or "mismatch with expectation" will not be accepted.

3. Revisions: One round of minor adjustments for "missed blemishes" is provided post-delivery. Requests involving changing photos or altering the original color style will be considered additional retouching and charged at $150 per image.
    

IV. Delivery & File Storage

1. Format: All images are delivered in JPG format. Ownership of RAW files can be purchased at NT$5,000 per project.

2. Turnaround Time: Final images will be delivered within 14-21 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).Clients will be notified of any delays during peak seasons.

3. File Storage: The cloud link will remain active for 30 days post-delivery. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their files within this period. The photographer is not liable for file loss after the link expires.
    

V. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Weather

1. Weather Conditions: In the event of rain, typhoons, or other force majeure that prevents the shoot, one free rescheduling is permitted. If the client chooses to cancel, the deposit will be fully refunded.

2. Personal Rescheduling: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for one free reschedule. Notifications within 24 hours of the shoot will result in a forfeited deposit and potential travel fee charges.

3. No-Show: The deposit will not be refunded for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
    

VI. Portrait Rights & Portfolio Usage

1. Portfolio Authorization: The photographer reserves the right to showcase selected images on the official website (warmingphoto.com) and social media platforms for self-promotion.

2. Privacy Request: If you wish to keep your images private, please notify us before paying the deposit. A privacy fee will apply for non-disclosure.
    

VII. Additional Fees

1. Extra Retouching: $150 / image.

2. Travel Fees:

   • Hsinchu City/County: Free.

   • Greater Taipei Area: $250.

   • Other Regions: Quoted based on distance (reimbursement based on actual public transport costs).
