01 ｜ On Visual Narrative
This is a 14-month independent visual project.
I once believed that photography was an objective act of recording and preservation. However, this journey has made me realize that every shutter release is, in fact, a projection of the photographer’s intent.
The Lin Yu-Ting captured through my lens is the resilience I perceive, and the spectrum of identity I seek to translate. This feature is more than a profile of an athlete; it is a personal practice of attempting to understand and define "reality" through the lens.
02 ｜ Within the Square of Will
Space becomes virtual; only the breath and sweat remain tangible.
Within the daily grind of trainin, as rhythmic and ordinary as breathing, I witnessed the immense weight that sustains the light.
03 ｜ The Confrontation
The moment when years of training are transformed into instinct.
Amidst the deafening shouts, the silent battle of offense and defense on the stage became the sole evidence of a fraction of a second.
04 ｜ Serenity Amidst the Clamor
It has been said that my images carry an inherent aura of stillness.
Perhaps it is because I am accustomed to retreating to the periphery, maintaining a distance of quiet observation. By stepping away from the clamor, I am able to see more clearly—that steady, unwavering glow that remains constant.

05 ｜ The Resonance of Truth
Tides rise and fall. That is the rhythm of the world; but to remain constant is the essence of photography.
This is a pure record. A testament to the tenderness I perceived, and those simple, authentic moments captured in time.
Thus, concludes this journey of the gaze.
